Candidate account privacy information

Notice version: CODEBASE-AUDIT-PN01-2026-09-05

What this covers: This online demonstration accepts synthetic information only. People Solutions uses the account details to create and protect a demonstration account, verify the email address, prevent duplicate accounts, support recovery and send completion reminders on days 5, 10 and 13. An incomplete account and application are deleted after 15 calendar days; activity does not restart the schedule, submitted and Worker-linked accounts are excluded, and an active Candidate legal hold pauses deletion. Do not enter real personal or identity information.

Required information: The required account fields are needed to create the synthetic demonstration account. Omitting them prevents account creation. They are not optional marketing consent.

Storage and transfers: No synthetic information is transferred outside this controlled demonstration.

Your rights: You can ask People Solutions about access, correction, restriction, objection or deletion where the law applies. The public privacy notice explains the current contact route.

Automated decisions: No solely automated decision is made by Candidate account creation.

Questions: For this synthetic demonstration, contact support@ps.endera.co.uk. Final real-person privacy-contact details remain subject to separate approval.

Complaints: Questions or complaints about this synthetic demonstration can be sent to support@ps.endera.co.uk. Final real-person privacy-lead and Information Commissioner wording remains a separate approval gate.

We will send a verification link to this address.

15-day application deadline: Submit your application within 15 calendar days of creating this account. We will send reminders on days 5, 10 and 13. If it is still incomplete on day 15, the account and application will be deleted and you will need to start again.

Synthetic identity, Right to Work and duplicate-check information

Notice version: CODEBASE-AUDIT-PN03-2026-09-05-R2

What this covers: This controlled demonstration accepts synthetic identity, Right to Work, National Insurance, PONI, proof-of-address and duplicate-check information only. People Solutions uses it to demonstrate manual review, restricted evidence handling, duplicate prevention, expiry and recheck controls. Only designated compliance reviewers and the Super Administrator under Q5A can see restricted inputs and review metadata. The wider controlled evidence pack remains outside this application, but the application may store one encrypted current copy of RTW, PONI or POA evidence inspected in person, together with its copy-made date and current-pack reference. Document bodies require the matching restricted compliance capability and every view is audited; Candidates and general reviewers receive status and date only, while payroll users and Clients receive no evidence body. An exact match can stop a second account and create a restricted duplicate hold, but never proves identity, merges accounts or clears readiness. Short-lived inputs, superseded evidence and resolved duplicate derivatives are removed within 30 days on their applicable clocks; successful current RTW, PONI and POA evidence is retained through the work relationship plus two years, and operational duplicate state for two years after the later relationship end or final duplicate decision. Do not enter real information.

Required information: A National Insurance status and any conditional number or application reference are required for account creation. Later RTW, PONI and POA information is required only where the applicable route or rule needs it; missing required information prevents the relevant check or readiness clearance. These fields are not consent.

Storage and transfers: No synthetic information is transferred outside this controlled demonstration.

Your rights: You can ask People Solutions about access, correction, restriction, objection or deletion where the law applies. The public privacy notice explains the current contact route.

Automated decisions: Automated duplicate checks may route a possible match to recovery or a restricted hold, but no identity, clearance, merge or readiness decision is made without human review.

Questions: For this synthetic demonstration, contact support@ps.endera.co.uk. Final real-person privacy-contact details remain subject to separate approval.

Complaints: Questions or complaints about this synthetic demonstration can be sent to support@ps.endera.co.uk. Final real-person privacy-lead and Information Commissioner wording remains a separate approval gate.

Synthetic payroll and HMRC information

Notice version: CODEBASE-AUDIT-PN06-2026-09-05

What this covers: This controlled demonstration accepts synthetic National Insurance, bank and payment, HMRC, payroll and wage information only. People Solutions uses it to demonstrate payment administration, PAYE/NIC and HMRC legal reporting, payroll calculations and minimum-wage records. Full values are limited to separately payroll-authorised administrators and the Super Administrator under Q9A; ordinary administrators and Clients receive status only or no access. Bank changes require authorised review before replacement. This demonstration sends no values to HMRC, a bank, a payment provider, a Client or any other external recipient. Rejected bank changes are removed immediately and the final verified bank value is deleted 90 days after final payment reconciliation; the required NI and HMRC subset is retained for at least three years after the relevant tax-year end, and applicable payroll and wage records for six years from the following weekly pay-reference-period boundary. Do not enter real information.

Required information: National Insurance payroll information is required where payroll and legal reporting need it. Bank and HMRC fields are required only at the applicable payroll stage; missing required information prevents payment or payroll readiness. These fields are not marketing consent.

Storage and transfers: No synthetic information is transferred outside this controlled demonstration.

Your rights: You can ask People Solutions about access, correction, restriction, objection or deletion where the law applies. The public privacy notice explains the current contact route.

Automated decisions: No solely automated payroll or payment decision is made in this demonstration; bank changes require authorised review.

Questions: For this synthetic demonstration, contact support@ps.endera.co.uk. Final real-person privacy-contact details remain subject to separate approval.

Complaints: Questions or complaints about this synthetic demonstration can be sent to support@ps.endera.co.uk. Final real-person privacy-lead and Information Commissioner wording remains a separate approval gate.
